I think I've said this on another post somewhere, but about three weeks ago there was a mention of Tru Calling in a section of the newspaper. It was being used as an example of the genre of show, and it was described as "all but cancelled."

ya i saw something like that too. ppl were debating whether or not point pleasant would last---and if u ask me, it would've been better as a movie/miniseries.

I haven't watched ANYTHING on FOX since I found out Tru was cancelled. I was gonna watch Point Pleasent, and give it a chance...but since Marti Noxon betrayed us, I say...screw it. Even if Adam Busch is on it.

In response to Rayburn as far as Angel and Buffy and I'm going to throw in Charmed too, Angel ran for 5 seasons Buffy for 7 seasons and Charmed is going into number 8. If the WB picks up TC then maybe it will also get to run its course.

charmed has not been officially announced yet that there is gonna be a season 8
i read on the charmedone.com that if that if they do not get any news by the end on of the month for season 8 then they are gonna start to write the season finale
if that happens
i wonder how charmed will go out

No disrespect to you louie93 I know that Charmed may not have an eighth season. I was just using that show also as an example that the shows get to run their course on the WB. Although I hope Charmed does have another season because there are some story lines that need to be played out.

i'm pretty sure Tru is cancelled but they r soppose 2 show the 6 episodes that was made sometime this year(hopefully)

I dont get it. Is it cancelled or not. On some fox sites it says TC is coming back in summer 05. But then other sites say its not coming back at all. Which one is it?
