I wanted to be a Cop or a Lawyer, but things dont always go as planned. Well, theres still the dream of winning the lotto and tracking down bastards like this one. The hard part would be having anything left of them to turn over to the Cops and the Lawyers.

latest re: cecelia zhong yesterday (sunday march 28th) a hiker in missisauga woods found the skeletal remains of a yound girl. dental records were used to confirm that the girl was cecelia zhong, who was kidnapped from her bedroom late last october. because most of her body has decomposed and she is basically a skeleton, cause and time of death will be difficult 2 determin. police think that she was killed in early november/late october, bcuz cecelia was buried 10km away from where a phone call was made 2 cecelia's house the morning of her dissapearance. police say that they "will not rest until [they] find cecelia zhong's killer/killers." a friend was in that forest near where the skeleton was found on the weekend. ew. cecelia's 10th bday would've bin tomorrow (march 30th).

That is sad about what the gov. of florida said and such he is just like the pres. bush who is also a jerk I mean he is keeping the troops over there in Iqau and yet everyday something bad happens. Ten american soliders get shot or blown up by iqauins and yet pres bush is saying nothing on them to come home he s just leaving them there to die and honesty I do hope we dont get stuck with the same pres after election is over I m hoping someone else comes in and cleans up the mess that @sshole of a pres made with our american soliders over there doing nothing they should be home instead with their families and loved ones. On election day I just want you all to know I am voting for Kerry to be president, I hate bush!!

I used to think like that. And I was wrong. We live in an evil world and America has countless enemies. Only through strength can we remain safe. And with that strength we need strong leaders. On 9/11 3,000 Americans were murdered by terrorists under Osama Bin Laden. But this never needed to happen.
The Saudi's offered President Clinton Osama Bin Laden, and he turned them down.
9-11 would not have happened.
3,000 dead - need not have died.
After the WTC was attacked the first time during President Clinton's watch, he launched a few missiles and that was his total response. Clinton took the Democrates usual response, a gave a token response which meant nothing.
This lack of action gave the terrorists the courage to continue to plot against America.
If Bush had been President at at that time his response would have been strong, and 9-11 may not have happened.
We need strong leaders.
We have to deter Terrorists, because we cannot protect everyone everywhere. And attacking terrorists on their own territory as we did in Afghanistan and in Iraq was the correct response.
The events of 9-11 and 3-11 in Europe, the beheading of two Americans and the Terrorist just captured inside of America prove that we are at war and must have a strong Leader willing to do what is necessary.
The Terrorists fear President Bush, and God help us if Kerry is elected.
It will be open season on us all.
9-11 is Clinton's fault, and Bush had to clean up his mess, and 3,000 people died for Clinton's mistake.
We can no longer afford to have weak leadership.
I shutter to think how many 9-11's we would have suffered by now if Gore had been President.
Unfortunately, we may yet find out, if Kerry is elected.

*shivers* Anything could happen anyone, you, me, us. *shivers* That's scary. I'm not really that young, but still. I live in a nice community, but there still is stuff that happens. <hm...thats scary, I just remembered the saying Buffy told Willow at the Bronze in 1.1, um..."Sieze the moment, cause you might be dead tommorow" or something, I prefer "Live life to the fullest better".>

Hi BlackFire,
Anything can happen at any times...a few days ago one of my friends was walking down the street past a chinese restaurant and he looked at a car parked in front of it, two guys were sitting in the front seat. He glanced, an kept walking, another guy walked out of the restaurant and the guys in the car started shooting at him.
The guy that just walked out of the restaurant pulled out a gun and started shooting back at them.
My friend was a few feet away.
He saw the guy on the sidewalk get hit in the neck, then this guy started walking TOWARD THE CAR and shooting at them, and he was hit several times - the car took off and the guy fell to the ground.
My friend started to go help him then stopped, this guy was still holding the gun....he 'jerked' and died.
People came out of no where to see what happened and my friend just left.
If he was a couple seconds sooner he would have gotten caught in the cross fire.
Bang!
Ya neva kno.
Ive had 106 fever, they say you die at 107 - Ive been pushed off a boat, and since I couldnt swim at the time had to guess and walk back underwater all the way to shore - I almost had a huge machine crush me, I was under it a couple seconds before it fell, Boom! - I almost drove my car into a lake in the middle of winter, I had knocked the light switch off and just kept driving, I couldnt find the switch and finally stopped and found it, I was about ten feet from the lake and there were no guard rails, since I was wearing winter clothes and seatbelted, it wouldnt have been good - I almost had a car with me fall down a mountain, we were stuck in the snow and my friend had just put it in neutral when my foot slipped on the gas pedal and floored it, his hand was still hovering over the shifter, it had been in reverse with me a foot from the edge of the cliff with the rear of the car pointing toward it - etc etc etc.... life can end at any moment, Mr.Death doesn't need any help from Terrorists. But, we could always arrange for them to meet.

Yeah but what i m saying is that our american soliders are over there in Iraq dying almost every week and every month because pres bush has them planted over there with nothing to do just guard towns or something. Why cant he give them the go home order for our american soliders to come home from Iraq instead of being shot and killed by mobs or worse? That is why I am so mad is because pres bush sent our american soliders the best ones we have over to Iraq and now I hear it on the news every other night of how many american soliders got killed in Iraq that day. It is sad and upsetting I know someone is gonna tell me not to watch the news but how can you not miss it? I mean I watch the news for the weather and sports and there is nothing else good on at that time either except tv shows that I dont watch at all. But I am just saying why cant pres bush have our american soliders come home from Iraq instead of dying or getting shot or worse every other day over there? If I could I would call the pres and tell him to have our soliders come home before any one else is either shot, killed or worse!! There are things that are going on right now in Iraq dealing with our american soliders that could lead to worse situations than it is in now. I dont want anymore of our american soliders dead i want them home so families and loved ones wont lose them like they have been doing ever since 9/11 happened.

Hi IHaveFaithInAngels,
I agree, its sickening to see the news and watch the reports of our soldiers killed over there trying to help the Iraqi 'people' set up a free government. And Historians can debate the merits of the decision, after we are out of there.
President Bush took a huge chance, and in the end did what he thought was necessary. And we can never 'know' for sure if it was the right choice. If Clinton had taken Bin Laden when he was offered to us, all of this, including 9-11 may never have happened and no one would (no Americans) be in danger in Iraq today- even though the Iraqi people would still be living in a dictatorship.
The Iraqi government takes full control on June 30th, and little by little Americans are being pulled back as Iraqi's themselves are trained to take control of defending and protecting their own country, in their own army and police agencies. We should, soon, be little more than a border patrol to keep others out, such as the Iranians. Right now Iraq is too weak to defend themselves from an attack from another country. Is it all worth it? To the Iraqi people - yes. But what about the cost to us? Will all of this prevent more 9-11's from happening?
We know that in their hearts terorists are cowards. They never go man for man against armed trained opponents. Instead they use women and children to carry explosives - and/or use suicide attackers to kill innocent civilians. They don't fight a fair fight.
Just like any terrorist, they target the helpless, and fear a real fight. They know now, that we will fight them, wherever they may be, and thats the one thing that they fear.
And we do know this, that this President is very angry at the terrorists and has put incredible pressure on our allies to find, catch and or kill the terrorists.
As just shown in Saudi Arabia, the terrorists that killed Mr.Johnson have themselves been found and killed.
Terrorists have one weapon, fear.
And now they have something to fear- US.
And its this fear thats the reason for all of this. They must be too scared to attack us again. Because we will fight back. I think back to an interview of 9-11, a man near the towers heard 'pop', 'pop'....'pop'...it sounded like watermelons were hitting the ground.
He turned to see people holding hands and jumping out of the tower - the 'pop's' were the sound they made when they hit the ground. Our soldiers are fighting for them, and so that that doesn't have to happen again.

Yeah, you can hardly turn to the news adn not have a mention of Iraq.
Written by Gardez:
Wait, if Clinton took Bin Laden into custody (or whatever) 9-11 might've never've happened?! Why didn't he?!
I just want all this to be over with, the Iraq people independent and hopefully happy, Terrorists dead, and American solders in the USA with their families.

I just want all this to be over with, the Iraq people independent and hopefully happy, Terrorists dead, and American solders in the USA with their families. that about sums it up. btw, there was a fatal incident @ the rec center (iroquois) near my house, and our whole school is debating whether or not sueing should be done. this is what happened. there were 34 kids, approx 7 yrs old, at a pool party. there were five life guards (approx 7 kids per guard) and about 10-15 parents around. a PARENT found a 7-yr-old kid in the deep end. they summoned a lifeguard, who performed CPR. the kid didn't respond. the EMTs tried CPR again, and the kid still didn't respond. they rushed the kid to OT (oakville trafalgar memorial hospital), where he (or she; personal info isn't being revealed to the public) was proclaimed dead. police are investigating. should the kid's parents sue? if the kid had been found earlier, there might have been a chance. what do y'all think??

7 Years old?
I feel for the parents.
It seems like someone is responsible. What are the rules about children being in the deep end of the pool?
Did they have too many people in the pool at the same time? Everything these days has a maximum capacity.
Could the child swim? Its possible the answer is no. In that case the child may have gotten in too deep and 'walked' to the deep end, and no one noticed.
Also in this world you can't rule out the idea that someone drowned the child. I would interview every child that was there - in private - one by one, and find out what they saw.
All the lifeguards should be sued, the pool, the administrators, etc.
The parents are in hell right now. The must find out why this happened, so it doesn't happen again.

I agree, interveiw them, all of them...but the parents must be in a place far worse than hell. I feel so sorry for them...

as far as i know, the kid could swim, and there's a rope that marks the deep end, but he could've slipped near the rope or went under on his own, or been pushed under and drowned by someone else intentionally or not (if his friends were playing), but either way a lifeguard should have seen it.

I just wish they wouldnt go and do that that is like really putting our soliders out there to die then we wont have any left for the big fights. It sucks it really sucks!!
