Who here has heard of it or seen the movie, "Stargate"? The show was on the Sci-Fi channel for over 11 years and now they cancelled it. It was the best show!

The show is based on a movie called "Stargate." The show about the government finding a giant metal circle in Eygpt a hundred years ago. In 1997, the Air Force (who runs the Stargate program) called on the help of Colonel Jack O'Neill (played by Richard Dean Anderson), Major Samatha Carter (Amanda Tapping), Dr. Daniel Jackson (Michael Shanks) and Teal'c (Christopher Judge) to travel through the galaxy to defeat the Gou'ald.
You can Goggle "Stargate SG-1" for the full synopsis...I just gave you a little preview.
