So, anybody see FF? What'd you think of it? A question for the ladies...wasn't Julian McMahon(Dr. Doom) just yummy in it? Maybe it's just me, but I find him to be incredibly sexy, especially as a bad guy. I actually saw it for him, but wasn't disapointed by the movie itself at all. I saw it with a friend who used to watch the cartoons, and he said that he liked it movie wise, but it was so diferent from the comics/cartoons that it was hard to enjoy. I never read the comics or watched the cartoons, so I have nothing to compare it to, but i loved it as a movie. Very well made. I actually want to see it again, but I don't wanna pay 9 bucks. But I'll probably wind up seeing it again, because it's definetly worth the 9 bucks, and if you can make a matinee, that's even better.

Fantastic Four or Incredibles? I haven't seen Incredibles, but I don't think that FF was much of a kids movie. I mean, it's kind of like the rest of the Marvel movies(except maybe The Punnisher which was not for young kids.), good for all ages, but there are some things in there that kids probably wouldn't understand. The violence might be a little too much for younger kids, but most kids are watching PG 13 movies at the age of 8 or so, but that's another discussion. I think there was a little language in there that younger kids probably shouldn't heare, but then, it's not like they don't hear it everywhere else, but again, that's another discussion. I'm not sure I would call Fantastic Four a kids movie, but I think it is a movie that some kids(mostly younger boys) might enjoy.
superpiofast, my favorite was Dr. Doom, but I'm a Julian McMahon fan(he was amazing on Charmed), so I'm a bit biased. The Human Torch was cool too. He's my favorite of the super heroes, but The Invisible Woman was cool too. It's good to see Women as lead characters, and not just supporting characters. I think they could have found somebody that looked more like the rest of the people's ages, since they all went to school together, and she looked a little younger than the rest of them. But Jessica Alba did a good job.

eh, well, I used to watch it just for him, but I'm not really into medical stuff, because I don't like the gore, and then all the rest of the scenes are all about sex and superficial things, and I don't find that very interesting. I don't watch it anymore, as talented as he is.

I like Crossing Jordan, but that's more of a crime drama, even though it takes place in a morgue. They do autopsies and stuff, so I guess it could be qualified as a Medical Crime Drama. Oh, and we're getting off topic...hmm, what was everyone's favorite part? I think mine would have to be SPOILER ALERTIF YOU HAVEN'T SEEN THE MOVIE, READ NO FURTHERMy favorite part would have to be the part where Victor's in the elevator, and he punches the wall. There's an inside joke between me and my friends that part really reminded me of, so I think that has a bit to do with it, but other than that, I would have to say the part where Victor kills the guy in the garage. Yep, I'm a sucker for the bad guys.

I like CSI too. There's something about the spinoffs that I just can't stand though. I think it's that they're trying to recreate the characters of the origional, if you know what I mean. It's kind of hard to explain. But like on Miami, Horatio, or whatever, is supposed to be like Grissom...you can't recreate Grissom. There's only one Grissom, and there will only ever be one.

I watch SVU religiously, Crossing Jordan, Medium, Everwood, Charmed, and I used to watch Trial By Jury. A bunch of crime dramas, and then Everwood and Charmed. Oh, and I recently started watching Gilmore Girls, but I only saw like 5 or so of the new episodes. I've seen most of the reruns though. Love that show!

I lurk on the other ones, I just don't post much. There's so many topics, it's kinda hard to keep up sometimes. I post there occasionally. I'm really into movies though. I watch 3 or 4 new movies a week.
