yeah i m kinda pizzed off about the ending myself how angel wanted to take the dragon and the swords clashing then thats it i mean its kinda tacky and i dont think that there is gonna be an angel film anytime soon because for one david has some projects going and two joss and the wb just talked about it in which i read on a interview with joss on the wb and all it was just "talk" no say about doing the movie. The wb pulls that kinda stuff all the time about tv series turning into movies getting the fans hopes up then crushing them like bugs. They did the exact same thing with Sabrina the teenage witch saying stuff about a movie coming out after the finale episode but nothing happened. So you can tell how disappointed i was when i heard it was all but talk from the money hungry @ssholes that they are over at the wb. So dont be too surprised if there is no angel movie because that is all the wb is nothing but talk. The stuff about doing an angel movie is nothing but rumors going around there is nothing serious about doing it trust me i know what i m talking about. Its happened before and its gonna happen again so dont get your hopes too high up about a movie on the tv series Angel.

I actually liked it, I understood why it had to be that way, i kind of like the ambiguity of it. I created my own ending.

I could stand it ONLY cuz Spike and Illyria lived.
1. Wes died! 2. You call that an ending?! That's not an ending! Did they survive in the end?! Did they win?! Did they lose?! Did they have to run?! That's the lamest ending ever!
*I liked the pizzed of Illyria though*
Question:Did the Fang Gang even actually Kill the senior partners?!

Hi BlackFire, The Senior Partners cannot be killed, they don't even 'live' on earth. They need Representatives to do their bidding on earth, unfortunately for them, The Fang Gang killed them all. BTW I think that the answer to the question about what happened after Angel said: 'Personally, I kinda wanna slay the dragon', can be found in Angel's last meal.

What's with all the getting pizzed off here, people? Be happy that Angel had a long run and that the series finale was left as a cliff-hanger for a reason. I think the point of the ending was redemption. Angel's time on both shows was always about redemption and in the end, he got it. It's a possibility they could have lived.. but I think they all died. In battle.. they redeemed themselves by going down in the fight for good.. taking a stand and saving the world time and time again. Don't be angry how it went, be happy about the final message it sent out. Be happy that there may still be a future in the Buffyverse for the Angel team.
Don't be angry that Charisma left the show.. she had a baby, she became a mother. It's difficult, and dealing with the demands of a weekly series is hard when you have a newborn. Charisma did come back for an episode.. to close up her character, so don't be angry. Be happy that she did come back...
I don't understand all the anger.

I'm really going to miss Angel. I pratically lived off the show. Well at least I know David working because he is going to be in a movie called "Mr.Fix-IT".

The ending was great but doesn't it make you woner whether there will be another season? I mean, does Gunn die or does he live? The part that surprised me was when Lorne killed Lindsey. I never seen that coming.

You Bring up some very good points ;D Your post is very thoughtful. (Thumbs UP) Howerever, I am one of those who feel cheated by the ending they chose to write. For me personally it hit the wrong note on most everythig they did. (1) The way the writers chose to end it left no room for a spin off. (2) Killing Lindsey was a dishonorable act and cowardly (3) "Anne" did not need to be included in the final episode. (4) Harmony's betrail was just commonplace If she had chosen to die fighting with her "Blondy Bear"(aka Spike) that would have been something ;D (5) Connor's part in the final episode was commonplace too Had he died fighting along side his Father That would have been deeply moving (6) No one asked Ileara What she watned. What if She what if she wanted to be with Wesly ;D

OK the ending for the angel series was a bad one. I have to agree BUT, the question wasn't who won and who lost. The whole story with angel was the he kept fighting no matter what. There was no win or lose. In the last show they explain all that. Evil will always be and as long as there are people out there to fight it, evil will never win. So if anyone else has that show watch it again and you look at it from the stories point of view. Of course there not going to tell us that they lived or died. For the fact is that Angel knew that he was there to fight and if you can believe that he could win then your answers have been answered. So think about that and let me know if the explanation that I gave helps.
