Short and sweet, I thought tonights Ep. was Fantastic! My only gripe was Spike and Harmony on the couch, kinda graphic, no? This isn't Russia, France, or Japan, let them destroy their societies if they wish to, this is The United States of America, we lead, and do not follow. Whats next, giving a foreign power control of our Troops in Iraq? OK, no more politics....for now.  |

I actually don't know how I felt about this episode. I liked a lot and I thought some parts were a bit off.
I thought it funny when Spike became corporeal and he needed a good... and excuse the term, I don't know if it's graphic... lay. But I also think he could have chosen someone better than Harmony... but who else would he choose? I don't know. He was obviously using her though, to feel something in his first few moments of afterglow of being back.
A part that, I don't know, got to me? Was when Angel said something like 'Buffy never really loved you' and then Spike said 'Well then I guess she was always thinking about you when I put it to her!' I don't know... Angel was wrong in my eyes, but what Spike said seemed more wrong to me. To talk about the person he loved more than anything like *that*? Hm.
But Buffy got a few mentions in this one, which was good. And by a few, I don't mean exact sentences with 'Buffy' in them but implying her. Like Spike wanting to go to Europe? That's where Buffy is. And then the whole fight scene where her name was brought up. Also some other parts in the fight where she was brought up. Like where Spike said he fought for his soul and went through trials, ect. which I totally agree with. But then comes Buffy's mention as Angel says 'I heard you only did it to get into a girl's pants'. So yeah, few mentions.
The whole Spike/Harmony sex thing on the desk wasn't too graphic if you think about some of the Buffy/Spike sex scenes on BtVS. You know, she's invisible, and Spikes 'exercising'. Lmao, remember that one? Or the one where they first 'connect' physically in the broken house and then the 'up against the wall of the DoubleMeat Palace' scene. So yeah, plus, when Harmony freaked out and they were suddenly seen standing, Spike really had no time to pull up his pants but woah, there they were, when in Buffy he often was actually naked, leaving little to the imagination. So yeah... very sexual episode but not as sexual as Season Six of Buffy.
I LOVED the whole *Spike picks up the cup, drinks from it. The cup drops in slow motion and the camera moves up to Spike's face where he's silent for a minute before saying... 'It's Mountain Dew...'* LMAO. Loved it, that Jossy just keeps on with the funny.
And the twist at the end. MY DEAR LORD. The last time we saw Linsday was season TWO. Wow, I was expecting anyone BUT him. And is it just me or has he buffed up?...
So I guess actually I did like this episode. Just that teensy Spike talking sort of rudely about Buffy thing that threw me off. Still loving Spike though!

Spike SUCKS!!!!!!  Angel is the only hot 1.  )Wednesday's ep was super funni! All of Spike's lines.....(Even though I hate him) ...but it was like 'Perpetual Torment? Well u know that isn't gonna taste very good.'LMAO! O and did any1 else notice in the battle scene, that when Angel was up against the wall and Spike was talkin' that there was like a big Buda behind Spike..smiling w/ it's hands up in the air....it was very odd...  |

Hey Slayersare4ever, Cool nic! That Ep. WAS halirious,especially Spike, but Angel had some great lines, Harmony was funny too, and this Ep. was filled with action. It was simply great, but I dont think I could take that every week. I myself liked 'Bangel' and 'Spuffy',in their own time, which makes watching 'ANGEL' really interesting now...sooner or later Buffy will show up in LA...I think that first Willow will show up, then Faith.....then Buffy...each Ep has great possibilities. Faith, for example, likes both of them, BUT Angel 'saved' Faith...and maybe real life comes through even in character, Eliza said of David 'He's my brother from another Mother!'.....while Buffy loved them both, but she JUST 'lost' Spike... ..will she see red that he didnt even contact her? Hmmmm, I just remembered Spike and Harmony together....didnt look like Spike was thinking about Buffy when he became solid again, does it? This last week is only a pre-view of whats to come...the fireworks should start up everytime a Scoobie shows up, and when Buffy shows up...look out.. In fact, they BOTH better look out if Buffy gets REALLY mad at them! |

It was a really good episode, But I really really hate that "eve" girl.
I also like in the ep, how it had flash back of angel and spike together, when they were together in today on the ep.

What a think a lot of people forget is that Joss likes to make his characters want to feel something, weither it's pain or pleasure. Spike had been SO LONG without the pleasure factor and he only chose Harmony, I think, because they had that thing way back when and she'd be the only one stupid enough to let themselves get used, ya know? And though Buffy's name wasn't specifically used, Spike was thinking about her. He was going to go to Europe, where she is.

Exactly where he was heading before Eve came along... which I am starting to like Eve but that whole thwarting Spike's plan to go to Buffy sort of pizzed me off, rofl.
