This is something that I should have been doing from the beginning, but I havent been...that is telling people about Tru Calling, in a way to get them to watch...I have mentioned it, but not tried to get anyone to actually watch it..unlike SG who went 'bonkers' with the idea, and did a fantastic job, too! Today I basically asked what people watch on Thursdays, and none of them had a preference...and after reminding them about TC, they all were like, 'Yeah, Im gonna check that out'. Thats how to promote TC, one person at a time....now with millions of viwers already, if we all tell 5 people...!

Bonkers is good! Heh, j/k. Well, it is but... well yeah. That's really great that you can still find the time to promote TC because I know you work and all and it's just great that we'll have a few more people tuning in tonight. Also your five person comment sort of reminded me of the movie with Haley Joel Osmond called 'Pay it Forward'. He helped one person, that person helped one person, the person that person helped helped one person, ect. It's like, you tell one person about TC, they like it, they tell another person, that person might repeat the process. Plus, I love that movie, so ya know, hehe.

Hey SG, quote: Bonkers is good! Heh, j/k. Well, it is but... well yeah. ------------- I dont mean 'crazy', just lots of 'activity!' A few years ago, when we used to keep fishing poles with us on the job, we were p@ssing a good spot, and decided to take a break and cast a few lines...as soon as we parked it started pouring rain, we were about to leave, and we noticed that fish were just jumping out of the water up into the air!..and they are called 'bonkers'...we sure went out there and just by casting and yanking back, we were snatching them right out of the air.. poor fish though, it turned out that they were desparately trying to escape from big blue fish so they even jumped out of the water, but with us up there,..they were getting caught either way! We had fun, and got soaked to the gills...but the joke may have been on us...you do NOT want to actually cook and eat bonkers........yuck!! Um, and no, Im not calling you a fish.. >}}}}'> -------------------------- Quote: That's really great that you can still find the time to promote TC because I know you work and all and it's just great that we'll have a few more people tuning in tonight. -------------------------- With the events of the last couple of days...dont ask...I didnt ask anyone about the show...but one guy came up to me and said he loved it..he really thought that Harrison was #@!!# when Sarah took the gun from him and shot her husband...so, thats @ least 'one'. -------------------------- Quote: Also your five person comment sort of reminded me of the movie with Haley Joel Osmond called 'Pay it Forward'. He helped one person, that person helped one person, the person that person helped helped one person, ect. Plus, I love that movie, so ya know, hehe. -------------------------- 'I' liked that movie, 'you' have good taste..

There's really a fish called Bonkers? Who'd have thought? I mean, I know they have crazy names for fish, cuz if you really think about 'TUNA' over and over in your head it starts to sound weird... and I didn't just type that. So wow, you learn something everyday. It is good that at least you have one person who confirmed their watch. And it's good that he had an actual interest in it and thoughts on it or else he probably wouldn't have said anything and let it rest so nobody would have to hear about [and this is in Herc's own words] 'dumbest new show on TV.' So I think it's good he took a general interest in it and he told you about it... TC really has a growing audience here, Eliza Dushku fans, A.J. Cook fans, Sci-Fi fans, ect. Here's a good site where Shawn Reaves who plays Harrison Davies did a vocal post at Kristian's set blog. Definately something to check out! The reg. and current posts are awesome to read as well so yeah, check it out. truset.blogspot.com/ I remember the first time I saw 'Pay It Forward' was in the theatres and I instantly loved it because it made you feel all these emotions that you want to get from an extremely good film. And the second time I saw it, there was also a third, fourth, and fifth, was when there was a three night special on TNT and... I'm not geek, shush! [ ]

Thats cool goddess,
The Next Ep. looks really good, and the ratings were up alittle last week, but we've got to keep getting the word out.. a lot of people havent even heard of TC yet...I emailed my sister tonight - and then I realised I spent most of the 'time' asking if she watched TC yet?..and telling her about it...lol
"Spread the word!"
:-)
BTW I saw that a copy of the WRONG TURN went for $25 on eBay today...Eliza is 'hot', and her autographs are going up in value...so I believe that this show is BUILDING momentum...we just have to try and speed that up alittle!
She is doing a great job..even with her and some of the crew coming down with the flu, they kept working...and on a local note I wish more ppl. would post to the 'Congrats Eliza!' thread...in case she does stop by here after filming takes a break....
:-)

Here's a good site where the actor who plays Harrison posts set blogs. Definately check it out, and it has a vocal post as well, so yeah. truset.blogspot.com/ Actually a slight correction, Kristian one of the sound guys on the show posts on that sight. He did post a vocal post from Shawn Reaves who plays Harrison a while back though. But I definately agree that it's worth checking out.

I know I meant to go back and correct it myself because as I was typing it I was giggling on the phone with a friend, rofl. So, you know, phone and computer don't mesh, they seem to fiddle with my mind. I'll correct it right now though, thanks for reminding me!
