Hey! Just got done watching and first off, I wanna say some things that I think are ironic before I forget.
1. The song 'White Flag' by Dido which was played when Tru met Sarah for the first time actually had a music video that David Boreanaz cameoed in.
2. The preview for the next episode is actually really ironic because it has the same guy who played Forrest in season 4 of Buffy the Vampire Slayer is playing one of the dead college guys and you could see him in plain view for the preview.
Okay, so anyway. I liked this episode because it had so many twists. I know I already knew the twists because of my spoiler problem, [hehe] I still was right there with everyone who didn't know what was gunna happen in the end. It's like... even though I knew everything, I was double guessing because the storyline was throwing you around all over the place.
Sarah and Andrew are divorced. No, they're just separated. He abuses her. No he doesn't. Yes he does. No, she just won't file cuz she can't settle for only half of his money.
So yeah. And that third date rule... I've actually had a few friends [older, of course] who knew of that rule, hm.
One of my favorite lines was when Davis was closing the door to the little crypt in the wall thing and he goes, in a sing-song voice of course, 'Issues.'

Forrest from buffy?? So that's why he looked so familiar. I knew I had seen him in something before but couldn't place him yet This I think was definately the best episode so far. They just keep getting better and better, I can't wait for next week.

I keep thinking...um. spoilers included here... . . . . . . ...thinking how Harrison was asking Tru, in all seriousness one second, if she thought he had killed Sarah's husband 'yesterday', and Tru saying 'probably'. And the next him thinking...if you can really do what you say we could make a tidy profit (dont recall exact words).. ..um, is that shallow or what? Maybe its just his defence mechanism kicking in, because he doesnt want to face the more obvious answer to what Tru told him, namely that shes got to be 'nuts'...after all, no one can 're-live a day'...can they? Hmmmmm, I think I'd be too busy to ever have Tru's abilities, too busy helping friends, to ever get to 'strangers', that is.....tonight, I had to rush a friend to his Mom's house because his sister was waiting for an ambulance to take her to the hospital, and he was told to 'hurry', if, he wants to see her 'one last time'...........and yesterday, another friend tried to induce his own 'permanent dirt nap', because his new bride is doing the horizontal two step with his uncle,...and the day before... well, you get the picture... ..'life', is it just co-incidence that its a 'four letter' word? @!%#!#$&^......?¿

I took that 'profit' comment in two contexts. 1: That is shallow, when you think about it, taking your sister's special abilities to make a little cash. 2: It was a good bonding moment for the both of them. They really seemed to be siblings in that moment and both their reactions were priceless. So yeah, lmao.
I think that someday Harrison will finally come to terms that his sister isn't a thundering looney who thinks she can hear dead people, maybe even someday soon. The preview for the next episode had a scene where Tru is telling Harrison that someone else asked for help, obviously this is in a repeat day. I think it'd be funny to see something like 'Tru and Harrison are watching the TV when they flip to a police report. Someone's been murdered. Harrison turns to his sister and gives her a little wave and smiles while speaking "See you today." as Tru sprints out the door and to the morgue to see the body coming in, it asks for help. Day resets.' I think that would be amusing, but that's just me, lmao.
Seems like your life has a lot of... dare I say 'material' for a show if anyone ever wanted to use it... cuz I mine. Jeez, my life isn't even that hectic and I'm an actress! But yeah, I still wouldn't have enough spare time to have her abilities either.

SG, Quote: I think it'd be funny to see something like 'Tru and Harrison are watching the TV when they flip to a police report. Someone's been murdered. Harrison turns to his sister and gives her a little wave and smiles while speaking "See you today." -------------- LOL! That is 'good!', they've 'got' to use it... Hmmmmm, wanna make a new post? 'Lines you'd like to see in TC' ? -------------- Quote: Seems like your life has a lot of... dare I say 'material' for a show if anyone ever wanted to use it... -------------- Hmmmmm, and I dont think youve even read 'ALL' of my posts... -------------- Quote: Jeez, my life isn't even that hectic and I'm an actress! But yeah, I still wouldn't have enough spare time to have her abilities either. -------------- In 'reality' (lol), if something like that ever did actually happen, Im sure, that either of us would wind up giving up 'our own lives' to help others.... I think it would be cool, and 'some' people just cant help 'helping'...there was one Nov.16th at the DMV in Wayne, I was p@ssed by a pick up truck, with NO driver!...I, without thinking, 'jumped' out of my van, and... ..well, thats another story..

Aw, thanks. Now the conclusion of your story is gonna be bugging me all night!
Ya know, I think another board about things you'd like to hear on TC would be good because a lot of people, all of whome are more comedic than me [heh], would probably like to share some things that have flashed through their mind some time or another.
I've actually read a lot of your posts, maybe not all of them and I definately know that you don't post every TC like aspect of your life and all the things that's happened to you at one point in time [which, I would also never do, because some crazy things have happened to me that really relate to some of the TC eps. and some of those to come] but if I happened to, they'd actually make great material but some things just need to remain unsaid, ya know? So, where I started heading with this paragraph, lmao, is that I'll try to find/read all of your posts on here so I know what I can rip off... No! Just kidding, couldn't resist, heh.
I agree with you on the 'in reality' point. If something like that ever happened to me, and I ever decided to work in a morgue [which, btw, I think really activated Tru's ability... just had to say it before it slipped my mind, heh.] I would probably give up a lot of my life to help the people who asked for it, like Tru is really starting to do, while actually coming to grips with it... because I think a part of her doesn't really believe it but like, she's trying to. So yeah, you're right.
But then again who wants to think about reality if you have this fantasy world called the TV at your fingertips!
;D

I think she would be very happy to find out it was all just a dream, and relieved. ------------- Quote: But then again who wants to think about reality if you have this fantasy world called the TV at your fingertips! ------------- Thats funny, I just read tonight that the avg. American watches 4 hours of tv a day...I watch about 4 or less hours a week...now, the net, where you can research singularities, quarks, quantum tunneling, superposition, M branes, utility fog, quantum entanglement, nanites...THATS a 'real' fantasy world, and far more crazy than Tru's world.. ...and its all 'ours'..

hey T, yer i know what u mean i must say that theyve done an excellent job wif casting and along with the writers theyve done a supereb job of bringin the characters to life. well mebbe not the 53rd ep (just a number pulled out of the hat so to speak ) but u know what i mean it doesnt 'Feel' like its only just started. alot of new programs have a wooden feel to em or they just done seem to well rounded, TC on the otherhand feels like its been running for a bit and has really found its footing IMO anyway ;D cyas -J-
