She said that was a rumor. But there is a rumor that she will be in Spiderman 3, but IMDB doesn't have her listed for anything yet. I know that she recently quit smoking, and signed a yoga mat for an auction. There was issue of InsideTV that I got and there was a small article in it about her quitting smoking. I have it on my wall now, lol.

for the answer to "what is eliza doing now?" shes reading a book lol...the books on tape kind of thing, shes doing that
if you ask me shes below that, she has far too much talent to read a book....
but thats just my opinion
