'A New Day'

[JB]

Angel fumbled for the right words to say.
"I want to know.....what are elders ?" said Angel.
"Their sort of protecters to mysetical creatures," said
Phoebe looking for the words .
"How did Leo come into the picture ?" said Angel
curious.
"Leo married Piper about 2-3 years ago," said Phoebe.
"Oh. Phoebe, why are you sleeping on the couch ?"
said Angel.
Just as Phoebe was about to answer, somebody came
down the stairs.

[Anthesia]

Spike looked disgrunteld.
"Way to keep a man awake," he said, marching down the stairs.
"Nice to see you to," said Phoebe now standing up. "If you're really hungry Angel, I guess I could whip something up."
"No, that's okay," he said.
"Actually, I'm a bit hungry myself," said Spike.
"They don't have any blood," said Angel.
"No, I don't need blood. I'm sure whatever this fine lady has for me will be good," Spike said grinning at Angel.
"Well thank you! Angel you sure you don't want anything?" asked Phoebe.
"Yeah, I'm sure...I'll just be...on the couch," he said grudginlgy.
"Okay." Phoebe headed into the kitchen with Spike behind her. He sat in a chair. He noticed a picture on a dresser. A girl with chesnut hair and a dimple on one chin took the place of Paige.
"She's a pretty one. Who is she?" inquired Spike.

[Anthesia]

"She was my sister, Pru. She got killed a few years ago."
"Oh, sorry I..." started Spike.
"It's fine, really," reasured Phoebe.
"Ya know, we've lost someone too," Spike said.
"Who was that?" Phoebe looked curios.

[JB]

"Her name was Fred," said Angel.
"What happened to her ?" said Phoebe.
"She was checking out an artifact that came to Wolfram
& Hart. When she touched it, something got into her.
She died and Illyria took over her body," said Angel.
"I'm sorry,"said Phoebe.

Just then, somebody else came downstairs.

[Anthesia]

"Having a pajama party are we?" asked Piper.
"No, actually, they were kinda hungry, so I made them eggs," replied Phoebe.
"HIM eggs," said Angel.
"Okay, well um, try to talk a little less loud, you almost woke Wyatt up," Piper said.
"Oh, sorry," Phoebe apoligized.
Someone then burst through the door!
"Thought I might find you here."

[JB]

"Harmony !" yelled Angel and Spike.
"Who ?" asked Piper and Phoebe.
"She use to work at Wolfram & Hart, but she was fired.
She slept with the guy Angel killed," said Spike firmly.
"You are going to pay for killing him," Harmony
screamed.
Harmony then turned vamp faced and jumped Angel & Spike.
"What should we do ?" said Phoebe.
"I don't know. Stake her or something," said Piper.

[Anthesia]

"Right, and since when do we have a wooden stake?" said Phoebe.
"Fair point," agreed Piper.
"I'll concoct a spell....umm...Harmony you must be gone, so I'll send to..."she stopped.
"San Juan!" yelled Angel.
"San Juan!" repeated Phoebe.
"San Jaun?" asked Spike.
"Wait no!" shouted Piper, but it was too late, she was gone. "Why do we always send them to forigen countries?"
Paige and Wesley came down the stairs.
"What is going on down here?" Wesley asked.
"Harmony," said Angel plainly.
"Oh..where did she go?" said Wesley, looking around the room.
"Most likely a foriegn country," said Paige sighing.
Phoebe shuddered. Another vision.
"Are you okay?" asked Spike.
"Yeah, I just had another preminition," said Phoebe.
"You mean, you get visions too? asked Angel.

"Yeah. Why ?" said Phoebe.
"A friend of ours,Cornedila, had visions, too,"said
Welsey.
"What happened to her ?" said Piper.
"After a lot of them, she went into a coma and later
died," said Angel quietly.
"Oh," said Phoebe.
"How long have you had them?" said Gunn.
"About 2-4 years," said Phoebe.
"That's how long Cornedila had hers," said Welsey.

[Anthesia]

"Is there some sort of connection here?" asked Lorne.
Just as Phoebe was about to say something, Leo orbed down.
"There's someone in trouble. You know where the Auto Shop is? Yeah, well I think one of YOUR friends might be their," he said pointing out Angel and the others.
"This could be a trap," suggested Illyria.
"Then some of us will stay and others will go," Piper said.
"I'd like to see who it is," said Spike. Somewhere in his mind he hoped it had been Buffy.
"Okay, you, Angel, Gunn, and I will go," said Wesley.
"What about me?" asked Illyria.
"Should we?" Gunn looked over at Wesley.
"Fine."
"Well, what about us?" inquired Phoebe looking a little bit offended.
"Yeah, really the womenfolk don't always have to stay home," said Paige.
"They have a point," said Spike to Angel.
"Alright, Phoebe and Paige can come," Angel said motioning them over. "Piper should stay here....they're your kids."
Piper looked a little bit angry after that comment but let it go.
"We'll be off," said Gunn.
"Be careful," Leo said.
Everybody turned to look at him.
"I was talking to the girls," he said.

After they had gone, Piper was talking to Lorne.
"So, you said you had some people that died right?" she asked shyly.
"Yeah, a few." he replied sadly. "Why?"
"Well....how would you like to see them again?" asked Piper.
"How could you do that?" Lorne asked suprised.
"It's not that hard...come on," said Piper pulling him up the stairs. When they had got in the attic, Piper told Lorne to stand and say some words with her.
Suddenly, a white orb of light came down. Two people, women, were there. Fred and Cordelia.

"Oh my God," cried Lorne. He then fall to his knees.
"Lorne, what are we doing here?" said Cordelia
hugging him.
"I asked for you guys," said Piper.
"But how?" said Fred hugging Lorne too.
"She is a witch," said Lorne.
"Hey! I'm a Charmed one," said Piper annoyed.
"Good or bad witch," said Cordelia.
"Good," said Piper.
"Where is Welsey? I can't wait to see him" asked Fred
excited.
"And Angel?" said Cordelia excited too.
"They'll be back," said Piper. "They went to check
something out with my sisters."
"How long can we stay here?" said Fred.
"About day or two," said Piper.

[Gardez]

Angel reached the front door of the Auto Shop first with Spike hot on his heels.
The door and frame had been wrenched off and tossed aside away from the building. The inside of the Auto Shop was dark and dead quiet. Angel peered inside,'Something big ripped that door off and its probably still here.'
Spike squeezed past him, 'Something big alright', he said stepping inside and disappering into the darkness.
Angel just stood there mumbling, 'Fools rush in where Angels fear to tread'.
The others caught up to Angel and were wondering where Spike was when he called out of the darknes to Angel,'Something big alright, or a .....Slayer'.

"What a slayer ?" said Phoebe.
"A person who slays demons," said Angel.
"Maybe it could be Faith or ......Buffy," said Welsey
softly.
"Spike did say it was big, right ? Shouldn't we have
some weapons," said Paige.
"Don't worry! We have fought a lot of demons," said
Spike.
"So have we," said Phoebe.

[Anthesia]

"Let's just all stay together, so no one will get hurt," compromised Paige.
"Good idea," agreed Gunn.
"Alright....Paige and I will go to the left....you guys can go to the right," said Phoebe.
"No!" shouted Angel. "You have no idea how dangerous some of these slayers can be."
"Angel...I'm a witch. I have powers. I can throw fire at them and they will incinegrate. I'm pretty sure I'll be okay," Phoebe said re@ssuringly.
"Really, Angel, have a little respect for the girl," said Spike.
"What do the rest of you guys think?" Angel asked.
"It's fine with me," replied Gunn.
"I guess" said Wesley. Everyone now turned to Illyria.
"Why should I care if the witches die?"
"Hey!"shouted Phoebe.
"It's setteld then!" said Paige taking off.
"We'll meet back here," Phoebe said, following after her.
They all walked off in their seperate paths.
"So....how's it been going between you three?" chuckled Paige.
"Well, actually there seems to be alot of rivalry between Angel and Spike. Spike's funnier then Angel, but the reserved attitude of Angel is kind of a turn-on," Phoebe said truthfully.
"I always liked that too." A brown-haired, pretty, young woman came out of the shadows.
"Who...who are you?" asked Phoebe cautiously.
"Who are YOU?" the other girl asked.
"We asked you first," claimed Paige.
"You're right....you don't happen to be the Charmed ones do you?" she asked.
Paige and Phoebe couldn't think of what to say.
"Silent as the owl are we? I think we can fix that." The girl punched Paige and knocked her to the ground. Phoebe went straight for her.
"You bee with an itch!" she shouted.

MEANWHILE WITH ANGEL, SPIKE, WES, GUNN, AND ILLYRIA.....

"You think someone should have gone with them ?"
said Angel.
"They'll be perfectly alright.You heard what Paige said,"
said Gunn.
"Guys, I don't smell anything," said Spike.
Angel sniffed around."Me either."
"What does that me ?" said Welsey.
"Phoebe..." said Angel quietly. He then ran in Phoebe
and Paige's direction. The others followed.

Meanwhile back with Paige and Phoebe...

[Anthesia]

Phoebe and Faith were tackiling each other left and right.
"Ya know for witch, you're not that bad of a fighter," said Faith.
"Thanks...you too...what exzactly are you again?" Phoebe asked, taking another punch at her.
"A slayer," Faith replied.
"Slayer of what?" Phoebe looked confused.
"Vampires," said Faith. "And witches." Faith kicked her in the stomach. Phoebe punched her back.
"Catfight!" Spike intervened between Faith and Phoebe and shoved Faith away.
"You alright?" he asked.
"Yeah, fine." Phoebe was pulled away by Angel.
"We'll take it from here," Angel said lunging into the fight.
"What? Wesly?" Paige had just awoken.
"Hi. You got knocked out," explained Wesley.
"Oh..okay...who's she?" Paige inquired
"That... is Faith...you don't wanna get to close to her, she bites," Gunn said.
All of the sudden, a large THUD sounded throughout the Auto Shop. Faith was knocked out.

[Gardez]

Phoebe's jaw dropped. She witnessed the short effortless blow to the back of Faith's head whioh dropped her like a sack of rice. Illyria stood behind her with a single raised cleanched fist.
Illyria tilted her head to one side eyeing the motionless Slayer, 'This mortal has a very hard skull'.

[Anthesia]

"You're not just gonna leave her there are you?" Phoebe asked.
"Well, yeah," replied Spike.
Phoebe couldn't belive it.
"No! No you're not! You're going to take her home with us," she protested.
"Phoebe, she tried to KILL us," Paige pointed out.
"She'll come back for us anyways," Phoebe said.
"She's got a point," agreed Gunn.
"You can't be seroisly considering this," Wesley said.
"I never said I was," Gunn said, even though he was.
"You have no idea how psyhco she can go," said Angel.
Didn't mean to put a space here, sorry.
"After that fight, yeah, I think I do.I am NOT leaving until she goes with us," Phoebe said stubbornly.
"What if she wakes up in thed car?" inquired Gunn.
"Then Little Miss Sunshine can knock her back out," Phoebe refernced Illyria.
"What if she dies that time?" Spike said.
"Can we stop with the 'what if's' and make up our minds already?" Paige asked.

[Gardez]

'Enough!' yelled Angel as he picked up the unconscious Slayer and threw her on his shoulder. He thought of the fight they had had in the alley way when Faith had tied up and tortured Wes, and how she had almost beat him to a pulp, 'Um, Illyria, stay close'.

Spike laughed , 'Always got a thing for the Slayers, just can't keep your mitts off them, can ya?'.

'Look whos talking' Angel shot back, and he added 'And what do you call that hair anyway? Radioactive?'

Angel walked out carrying the motionless Slayer with the others close behind.

Spike just stood there unable to think of sufficient come back in time, 'Bloody hell' he mumbled to himself and set off to catch up with the others.

[Anthesia]

MEANWHILE, back home...

"I still don't understand this," Lorne said truthfully. "What are Whitelighters? And what's it like up there?"
"We aren't allowed to tell you.." Fred started.
"It's paradise! I got to meet..." Cordelia said enthusiastcly.
"Cordy!" shouted Fred.
"Whoops. Sorry...."
"I've been up there before. It's not actually that bad...."said Piper.
"The both of ya! Stop!" Fred exclaimed.
Just then, the rest of the group marched in.
"Hey! That's the beotch that gave the huge bruise on my chin and ruined my complexion!" Cordelia said angrily.
"Hi Cordy...CORDY!! FRED!! What the hek are you doing here??!!" yelled Wesley.

"Cordelia," said Angel in a soft whisper.
"Angel," said Cordy. She ran right up to him and hugged
him."I have missed you so much."
"Who is she? She looks familiar" yelled Fred and Illyria
at the same time.
"Her name is Illyria," said Welsey.
"She in my body,"yelled Fred.
"Illyria was that thing that took over your body and....
killed you,"said Spike quietly and sadly.
"Oh," said Fred sadly.
"Who is she ?" said Piper.
"Her name is Faith and she is a slayer," said Gunn.
"What's a slayer ?" said Piper.
"A person who slays demons," said Leo.

Just then Faith started to wake up.
